Refund & Shipping Policy

At Etherx Bellus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, opened or used items cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you.
• Refunds (if approved) will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened cosmetic products or sale items.

4. Damaged / Wrong Item

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us at hello@etherxbellus.com within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the item. Once approved, the replacement will be deliver within 4–5 business days.
